TOUGH TO USE Marvel Avengers Alliance Bot Final V1 00 Bot source with TEXT Tutorial!

I am back with an update on Marvel Avengers Alliance program which was released few months back. In few weeks back, i have made a lot of changes on the program that i completely rewrite the code in C#, previously VB.NET. I faced so many challenges a long the way to be able to reach this version. This program still uses Awesomium engine due to its extraordinary speed but sadly it doesnt work well with its HTML loader function. Get ready for a wall of texts!

I think this would be my final release for this bot. I stopped playing MAA because of the f*#king patch that patched the AI codes.
Subject to change - Awesomium Engine
The program still has the same size as before, despite the new update, its getting bigger(slightly). Since this program is written in C#, it still requires .NET Framework 4.0 or above to work properly, meaning this program will even work on Windows XP. If your anti-virus detects anything nasty regarding my program and the bot sources, that is 100% false positives.

I have also create a new program to run the bot which is created in C# but it uses Internet Explorer Engine(WHAT?!). Yes, it uses the IE engine because the HTML loader works really well. You guys must be wondering why there are so many changes(changelog) regarding the HTML loader. Well, with HTML loader, you can remove all elements except for the flash object aka the game only in the web-browser so no adjustment of the web-browser is required but it requires external tools such as Firefox/Chrome element inspector(FIREBUG doesnt work as intended).

Subject to change
This program still requires vTask Studio to work for mouse movements but i have rewrite/remake the scripts so there are many different things and added clear understandable comments so not only the pros would understand easily but also the newbies. Well, there are still quite a number of things required to change as i made this when the AI hacks are still working.

Things that need to change:

  • Delay time(Increase the number)
  • Number of loops(Maybe)
  • Use Window(Currently set to internetexplorer_server)

I recommend you to use my trainer which is NOT included in this download(separate download) but you can also use other similar trainer which can attach to my program(Konghacks cheat). To attach the trainer to the program, select "awesomium_process".

Its quite easy to make your own bot using vTask Studio without the use of image recognition, because the pixels in your computer might change slightly(you never know) and you dont need any computer languages to be able to make your own bot with vTask Studio.

To see all the changes i have made to the program, visit this link.

Text Tutorial:
  1. Edit the .vxm part to your liking
  2. Compile the .vxm by going to "Tools" then "Compile Program" and name the output file as "farm.exe" and "Tick" Single Instance or it will cause an error.
  3. Store the farm.exe inside the scripts folder
  4. Change your display text by "Right click > Personalise > Display(Left Corner) > Select 100% > Apply"
  5. Open the program by running bot.exe and click Facebook.
  6. Login and once the flight deck has load adjust the game so the edges of the game is touching the top of the program.
Adjust the game to touch the top of the program
  7. Abort any mission that you are doing now. Setup your agent equipment(Bot will only use 1st skill so put the strongest no cooldown weapon on the 1st slot)and team. My recommended team for farming is Brown and Tan Wolverine and Swashbuckler Nightcrawler and of course an agent using Warbringer Axe.
  8. Once that is done, click "Start Farming"
  9. To stop farming, either close the program or click "Stop Farming"
  10. Enjoy the Command Points that youve farmed.

Open Source Never Dies

Open Source Never Dies

The beauty of open source is that projects never officially die as long as the source is available.

Some classics simply keep moving forward because of this.  They get written off, domains expire, progress seems non-existent, but then somebody with a bit of knowledge and drive does something and the project is alive again!  That is the beauty of Free / Libre & Open Source Software.

Super Tux

The last Super Tux release was 0.3.3 in March 2010; that isnt even labelled stable.  The last stable release was, yknow I couldnt even find out.  It was before 2007, thats all I know.

Progress is slowly made though behind the scenes - something more obvious since the project recently acquired a forum with FreeGameDev.  There are several clones (a GIT term) that have been worked on in the last year or so, with the master branch receiving plenty of love this year.

One of their problems is that some things are hard to find out without quizzing the developer(s).  For example, the editor for the development version is a separate project (as explained here), but that doesnt appear to be documented for the time being.

Extreme Tux Racer

Now heres a blast from the past.  Extreme Tux Racer, long ago losing its domain/forums, has come back to life seemingly from the brink.  With the forums moved to Sourceforge, theres been a stream of development activity.

(I even helped by managing to acquire admin access to the project in order to give it to the new developers.)

And it isnt just background noise; version 0.6 beta1 has been released!

Still, without a website or much PR beyond the forum they could do with a few fresh faces.  Forums can be quite closed communities - if you dont check it, you wouldnt know of this release.  I bet they would appreciate some feedback, so check it out if you can.
