1- Go to your game directory located:
*Steam: (C:) > Program Files > Steam > userdata > XXXXXXXX > 203160 > remote [If your using 32Bits]
(C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > userdata > XXXXXXXX > 203160 > remote [If your using 64Bits]
2- extract the fil "save1.bat" [Make sure you got a Backup of your save files if something went wrong.]
